As promised...

Here are some pictures of the basement. Please excuse the mess....I'm still trying to figure out where I want to put all the stuff! As you can see, Kailyn is putting her new playroom to good use. She dumped out her entire toy box and was just having a ball with all the "new" or forgotten toys.

Kailyn LOVES these toys. Especially care bears and Woof-woof

Kailyns new playroom. This was taken about 1/2 way through the dumping process. And we can't forget Brady's Foosball table!

The Guest room

I know.... no decorations yet. We are working on it

The bathroom with our wonderful Mazatlan towels. High Class!!

Shower....
This is a really dark picture....but its the vanity sink and mirror...

My awesome new "craft area". This is where most of the mess is...I need to figure out where things are going.
This is Kailyns room. Its the perfect Neapolitan room! We are still in the process of getting her bed and all the fun decorations for her room. When that's all done, I'll post some more pictures.

And here is Taylor's room. I know it looks really pink right now, but it has a faux finish of cream. I am also in the process of making a couple wall hangings to make it not-so pink.

Its Done!

The basement is done! Woo hoo!! It is officially complete now. The carpet was the last "big" thing to do and that was put in on Friday afternoon. Now, Brady is hanging the doors and putting on the door handles. We still have to move in all the furniture and other stuff. Pictures are coming just as soon as everything is pretty much set up. No one wants to look at pictures of walls and carpet anyway, right?! haha I will take some pictures tonight and post them soon. Just wanted to let every one know of my excitement! Monday night, Brady came home from work, we ate dinner, and the best part.....he didn't have to go down to the basement because it was done!!! haha So we went shopping instead. ;o) it is really nice to have that out of the way. Stay tuned for the pictures.

My Little Fishy

Laurel, Cannon, Me, Kailyn, Emily, Devin, Melissa, Cody

Kailyn just finished her first swim class on Valentines Day. She is officially my little fish. Well, not really....but, we'll work on it. She loved being in the warm water and splashing, but when it was time to go under the water, she was a little hesitant. We would dunk the kids in the beginning of the class and Kailyn would say "Dont go under the water" the entire rest of class. But by the end, she was kicking and paddling her arms like a pro! We would sings lots of fun songs, like Wheels on the Bus and Ring around the Rosie and Kailyns favorite the Hokie Pokie! It was lots of fun and a great excuse to get out of the house. Things get kinda boring around here during the cold days. ;o) But this is something that will have to be a yearly thing. My girl has always got to be the one causing trouble... ;0)

Nice arm Cody!!

Ashley sent me this video through an email and Kailyn and I were both laughing so hard! I love these genuine laughs from babies.
